My name is Summer and I'd like you to meet my happy family; David, my sweetie, and our two lovely daughters, Karie and Kayla.  This photo was taken on one of our wonderful vacations.  I had always wanted to travel and see the world but before my life changed, we could not afford to take the time nor did we have the money to take vacations.

DO YOU REALLY WATCH WHAT YOU EAT?

If you keep a watchful eye on every thing you eat, you will control your weight. Sometimes the garnishes on your food are richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing that it was something that you should not have eaten. Selective memory you know!

There are diet foods and then there are healthy diet foods. Which do you want in your daily diet? In this article you will find some healthy tips for you to add to your daily lifestyle.
Control that sweet tooth. Remember that sweet things usually mean tons of calories. It is natural that we have cravings for sweet things especially chocolates and other confectionery. Set specific times to have your meals and stick to it. Try to have food at specific times of the day. The main problem with most snacks and junk food is that they are usually less filling and contain a lot of fat and calories.
Learn to snack on vegetables. Keep snack size carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, etc. in your refrigerator so will have them prepared and convenient when your urges to snack hit you. You might get urges to snack in between meals. By being prepared and being in control of your appetite, you will feel good about yourself. Each time you control your urges you become stronger and your self-esteem continues to grow because YOU are doing it.
I also recommend you stop drinking tea and coffee. You may think Tea and coffee are harmless but the caffeine will affect your appetite and nervous system. Also, the caffeine in the coffee is an alkaloid and can affect other functions of your body like the metabolism.
Keep a record of what you eat each day. Write down your snacks too. In fact, write down everything you eat and drink so you can keep a count of the calories you eat daily. It will also give you a good idea of the calories that your favorite foods contain and why you were gaining weight by eating those foods. Before you purchase any food item, read the labels and choose low-calorie low salt foods. This will keep you from having high calorie foods in your home to tempt you away from your goal.

One common mistake made by many marketers is to choose one or two word keywords. This is a mistake because there are millions of marketers vying for the same one or two targeted key words. Even if you are paying the Search Engine to place your ad and defining the specific keywords, you will pay a very high price for those keywords and you may still be on page 3 or 4. It takes more than paying the price to get your ad or website on page one. But that's another article on how to get your website ranked high without paying a high price for it. Here I want to focus on choosing the right keywords for your specific niche.

Choosing the right keywords for your niche will take some thinking and re-thinking. I hate this cliche phrase but I'm gonna have to say it, you need to “think outside the box”. The point is to come up with a string of words that still define your niche.

Websites are rated for relevance, the number of hits or customers who visited your site, the number of keywords in your website, and who knows what else. Search engines keep tweaking their spiders so that only relevant sites get on page one. They want the customer to be able to find what they are looking for and have a good experience. You want your site to be found too, so beef up your website with relevant material that a customer would be looking for. Junk websites don't make it very far. Your ranking is very important, as people will only do business with highly ranked sites or well known businesses. To make it with the “big boys” you really need to have a website that is impressive and informative.

Finding Keywords:

There are many “free” keyword tools that help you develop your own list of keywords. I have found the Adwords is easy and since Google is the top ranked search engine, there you will be getting good statistics to make your keyword choices. When you type in a common keyword, for instance “network marketing”, you will see all the variations and how highly they are ranked. Highly ranked keywords are not what you want. Look down the list and see the variations on the two words and then type in a string of words to see what it is ranked. You can type in as many variations as you want and you will see how completely different they become. By doing this, you see how many websites are servicing a particular niche. Look for a niche that is popular, meaning the search engine keyword has visitors, but is under served, or open for competition. There may be millions of websites about “Network Marketing”, but maybe only a handful that provide “School of Network Marketing”, or “Network Marketing team players”, or “Network Marketing on Steroids”.

Testing your keywords is “key” and will be well worth the time you put into it. With your list of keywords you will now need to analyze what defines your website and what does not. Keep trying using other words to make the keyword more relevant and then do another Adword search to see what comes up. You may amaze yourself.

Once you develop your list of “long key words”, then you need to use them in your website, in blogs, in ads, in anything you do online so that your website will be visited by the “spiders” and known for that particular keyword phrase. Be aware that you are not over using your keywords to the extent that it downgrades your content. People are reading this, you hope, and you don't want to turn them off. Also, search engines frown on this and you may be penalized for over using keywords.

There is no “perfect” keyword for any product or service. The best thing to do anyway is to have several keyword phrases that are relevant to your website. Now the fun begins, you get to test these keywords and track them to see if you are getting the results you want. If you are not getting results as in visitors, you can try using different combinations. Find the more effective keywords and expand on them so that your ranking improves in the search engines. This is how you can boost your market niche.

Tracking your keywords will help you track the number of visitors to your site, but you also want to know what keywords actually resulted in getting you a sale. This is called a “converted keyword”, the very best kind of keyword. Once you find keywords that convert, take special care of them. Keep expanding and creating to keep your keyword phrase yours.

The Differences between DREAMS and GOALS

4. Practice seeing yourself in your mind's eye with your goal already accomplished.

5. To help you imagine victory and how you will feel, ask yourself the following questions: "What would it be like if I were to achieve my dream? What would be different? What would I be doing? How would I feel? What would I see, hear, taste, feel, smell? Why would I be happy and excited? After imagining your success for five or six minutes, ask your self, "How Could I make this even better?"

Now for the remaining four or five minutes, imagine even greater success.

6. Do this daily (ideally, always at the same time of day), until you achieve success.

After a few weeks of practice, you should start experiencing spontaneous change. That is, without any planning on your part, you will start to make changes that will bring you closer to your dreams. This is a sign that you subconscious has accepted your visualization sessions as real experience and brought its beliefs in alignment with your POT OF GOLD!
